MULTI DIRECT has been operating call centres in Australia since 1992. In 2012, we began outsourcing call centre work to the Philippines and established MDM Systems Inc. in 2013. In early 2014, MDM Systems expanded to provide Web and Graphic Design services.
MDM SYSTEMS INC. is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that engage in customer support centre providing integrated customer relationship, data management services, sales export, marketing support to Australia through telephone, email and internet.
Now that the company is growing, we aim to provide not only primary products, but also secondary products that will help the target audience. Continued growth has given us the opportunity to improve our services, etc.
