1. Identify Recruitment needs (Client Requirements) and formulate a Job Description

2. Selection of the most qualified candidates

3. Initial interview through Zoom / Skype / Phone Call and Background Check for selected candidate/s

4. Monitored Skills Exam thru Screen Sharing

5. Panel Interview with the Hiring Manager/Team Leader

6. Final Interview with the Client

DEPLOYMENT

1. Submission of employment documents (medical and government requirements)

2. Contract signing

3. Computer Set-up (user access, hardware and software required by the Client)

4. Company Induction (through Skype/Zoom)

5. Final endorsement to Team Leader and the Client
