Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your deep understanding and proven track record in handling Amazon cases, policies, violations, guidelines, and best practices, ensuring compliance at all times.
• Monitor account health metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement and resolutions.
• Create and manage product listings, keywords, titles, categories, and descriptions for Amazon websites.
• Conduct product research and outsourcing, manage inventory, process orders, and provide customer support as needed.
• Compile data and generate reports using spreadsheets/Google Sheets to analyze eCommerce metrics and trends.
• Assist with other related tasks in support of business operations as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in the Amazon industry with a strong understanding of eCommerce trends, metrics, and best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully managing account health and resolving complex issues on the Amazon platform.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel/Google Sheets for creating and managing spreadsheets.
• Comfortable managing tedious, repetitive, multiple tasks and deadlines on an ongoing basis
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and external partners.
