MDM Systems



We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced with MYOB and QuickBooks Online would be preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our financial records for clients, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. This role will involve working closely with our team to process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record Day-to-Day Financial Transactions: Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the appropriate software system (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks Online).
  • Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements and accounts, ensuring all data matches between our internal systems and bank records.
  • Reporting: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management’s review, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounts Receivable & Payable: Manage the AR & AP processes, ensuring timely invoicing and prompt payment.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest features and updates of Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks Online.


  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Xero, with experience in MYOB and QuickBooks Online preferred.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Exceptional data entry skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
