Company Nurse Administration
We are looking for a proactive and compassionate Company Nurse to join our dynamic BPO team. This role combines healthcare services with administrative support, ensuring employee wellness while contributing to smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is a licensed nurse with a strong sense of confidentiality, organizational skills, and flexibility to assist with various HR/Admin-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Healthcare:
- Provide first aid treatment and basic medical care to employees.
- Assess employee health concerns and refer to external providers when needed.
- Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records, treatment logs, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with safety officers to assess and monitor workplace health and safety risks.
- Assist in handling HMO concerns, insurance, and workplace injury claims.
- Monitor, implement company health programs, medical exams, and vaccination drives.
- Conduct or assist with pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work health assessments.
- Promote, develop, and deliver health education programs, policies and procedures, wellness initiatives such as campaigns, seminars, and training.
Administrative:
- Maintain file and organize health and HR-related documents.
- Track and order medical, and office supplies; prepare purchase requests and coordinate with vendors for orders.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of reports related to health and safety compliance.
- Support HR/Admin team in general office tasks such as scheduling, attendance monitoring, scanning, report generation, and record keeping, and basic correspondence.
- Perform other administrative and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with an active PRC license.
- Preferably with 1 year of experience in a BPO or corporate setting.
- Basic knowledge of labor and safety regulations (e.g., DOLE, OSH) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and good organizational skills.
- Organized, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Willing to work flexible hours or shifts (including night shift, if needed) and admin tasks.
