Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders and upselling, providing exceptional customer service by handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering support in a friendly and efficient manner. This position is full-time, with shifting schedules that may include weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to pre- and post-sale customers via e-mail and phone.
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience for all contacts. 
  • Managing large amounts of inbound calls promptly. 
  • Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Transcribing data from recordings or phone conversations, and emails.
  • Take payment information & other pertinent information such as addresses & phone numbers.
  • Liaise with client account representatives and work through unwarranted or unjustified negative feedback on accounts. 
  • Assist the client management team in coordinating client sales initiatives, contests, and/or promotions.
  • Other duties may be assigned to assist the client’s team.


  • With at least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or BPO company
  • University/college degree is an asset, High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience handling a variety of customer service issues.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Good data entry skills, fast typing speed, computer savvy.
  • Prior retail experience is an advantage.
  • With Basic Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Team player who can work with a variety of people throughout the company.
  • Willingness to learn, ability to take initiative.
