Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our financial records for clients, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. This role will involve working closely with our team to process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record Day-to-Day Financial Transactions
  • Entering data and recording in the appropriate software system (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks Online).
  • Processing transactions, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
  • Manage the AR & AP processes, ensuring timely invoicing and prompt payment.
  • Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements and accounts, ensuring all data matches between our internal systems and bank records.
  • Continuous Learning and staying updated with the latest features and updates of Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks Online, training will be provided.


  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a data entry clerk, bookkeeper, or similar role.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of Xero, with experience in MYOB and QuickBooks Online is an advantage, but not required.
  • Exceptional data entry skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
