Digital Asset Coordinator

The Digital Asset Coordinator supports a fast-paced Live TV and e-commerce environment by ensuring the accurate coordination, processing, basic editing, and delivery of photographic assets in web-ready format. This role is critical in maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality for live broadcast schedules and high-volume online product launches.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate studio production workflows, including scheduling, tracking, and real-time management of product photography assets in collaboration with production and merchandising teams.
  • Manage high-volume digital assets by uploading, organizing, and maintaining accurate file naming, SKU tagging, and structured digital libraries.
  • Perform basic image editing and deep etching (clipping path), including background removal, retouching, and image enhancement to meet e-commerce and broadcast standards.
  • Ensure all product images meet brand and quality guidelines through consistent quality checks and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate SKU-to-image matching, version control, and proper asset archiving within digital asset management systems.
  • Prioritize and track editing queues and asset workflows to ensure timely delivery for live TV and e-commerce deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (studio, merchandising, marketing, and production) to ensure asset readiness for live broadcasts and online launches.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and required training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital media, Information Systems, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent experience in e-commerce or broadcast production
  • Experience in digital asset management, data handling, or digital cataloguing
  • Background in a high-volume studio, e-commerce, or live broadcast environment (preferred)
  • Basic experience in image editing and deep etching using Adobe Photoshop or similar tools (advantage)
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
