Finance and Admin Support

You will need to demonstrate high-level organizational skills; can work autonomously & meet deadlines; have excellent time management and multitasking skills; have problem-solving and a solution-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs end-to-end accounts transactions in Finance and Admin: Data entry and Accounts Payable
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Management of various reports and monitoring templates using Microsoft Excel (will use MS Excel most of the time and the use of a system NAV)
  • Provides support to the Finance & Admin team and other ad hoc tasks assigned as required by the client
  • Management of E-mails


  • Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course
  • Good grasp of MS Office, especially MS Excel (Basic to Intermediate)
  • Hands-on experience with any cloud-based accounting software or NAV is an advantage.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience with office and administrative procedures and practices.
  • Understanding of basic accounting and finance principles
  • Excellent Written and Oral English Communication Skills
  • Strong work ethic and sense of ownership
  • Thorough and detail-oriented, operating with utmost integrity
  • Tech savvy
