HR Assistant

The HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team. This role assists in recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, HR documentation, and daily HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The HR Assistant also supports employee welfare initiatives in coordination with the company nurse.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Employment contracts, job offers, and HR-related documents
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support timekeeping, attendance, and basic payroll coordination
  • Handle employee HR inquiries
  • Assist in HR orientations, training, and company activities
  • Assist the company nurse in preparing documents and performing related tasks under the nurse’s supervision
  • Support employee wellness programs and health-related administrative requirements as needed
  • Perform other HR-related and administrative and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1 year experience in HR or Admin support experience (BPO experience is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, interpersonal skills, and enjoy work that deals with a lot of people face to face or by phone.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and email
  • Organized, detailed-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
